Our Fee Structure
If you choose to retain us, you will pay no fees from your pocket.
Our fees are a percentage of your recovery and will be collected from the proceeds of settlement or judgment.
We use a graduated fee structure, which ensures that the fees charged are proportionate to the amount of work required to maximize the settlement of your claim.
The graduated fee structure is as follows:
- 25% before initiation of court action,
- 30% if resolved before Examinations for Discovery,
- 32% if resolved after Examinations for Discovery,
- 33-1/3 % after trial, mediation or settlement conference
